
What happens if a student account has a negative balance?
Automated emails will be sent every Tuesday and Fridays to parents of students with negative balance accounts until the balance is positive. Students are not allowed to purchase any extra items, such as an additional entrée, unless they have adequate funds in their account.
Eden Prairie Schools will make every effort to reach out to families directly; however, non-district employees such as volunteers will not participate in collecting unpaid meal debt.
To add funds to a student's account, families can utilize the Parent Portal or send cash or a check payable to the Eden Prairie School District with their students.

Account balances of graduating seniors will by default, be transferred to a sibling's meal account. Seniors without siblings will receive an email with refund options.
