Hello, I am Tiffany Grams Farkas (in the red shirt) and I am honored and privileged to serve as one of the Early Learning Coordinators for our district! I started my educational journey as a  kindergarten teacher and then as a prekindergarten teacher and held additional roles with coaching and mentoring staff in social emotional learning, screening children, supporting gifted and talented students, and providing instruction in out of school elementary programming. I have served as an Early Learning Administrator for the past 11 years in metro areas schools. I love our dedication to and empowerment of each student and the incredible communities we serve in Eden Prairie Schools. I believe our core values are central to our students and their families and I am proud to share these values within our programming. 

Hello, I am Mary Bartusek (blue shirt) and thrilled to start my first year as one of the Early Learning Coordinators for the Eden Prairie School District. After teaching first and fourth grades, I stayed home to raise our children. Being a parent of four little ones that attended ECFE programming made an incredibly positive impact on myself and my children. This is where my passion for early learning started. I served as a supervisor for early learning for nine years and twelve years as a parent and family teacher. I bring my knowledge and expertise to this wonderful community. My enthusiasm and energy is focused on serving every student and family in this diverse community. 

Our early learning program focus is for every child and family member to feel safe, acquire a sense of belonging and know that we care for their overall well being. We are here to make the first school experience positive and rewarding. We support all families individually and meet them where they are at. Learning begins at birth for our little ones and as adults we are lifelong learners. Providing positive developmentally appropriate learning experiences is essential to programming. We strive for a successful transition from preschool to kindergarten. Students having the knowledge and confidence to walk into the classroom is important. All students and families are honored and valued.
