    Graduation 2025 Ceremony Details

    • Graduation rehearsal will take place BEFORE graduation at U.S. Bank Stadium. Students must attend the rehearsal to walk in the Graduation ceremony.

    • Doors will open at 6 p.m. and the ceremony will begin at 7 p.m.
    • This is a ticketed event with no assigned seats.
    • All guests will walk through a metal detector and follow the U.S. Bank security and bag check process. No noisemakers, including air horns and confetti poppers, will be allowed into the ceremony. Please see the Code of Conduct for more information about what items are allowed in U.S. Bank Stadium.
    • Concessions will be available for guests prior to the Graduation ceremony.

    Reserving Free Tickets

Your student’s access code is their student ID number, which you can find in the Parent Portal. A maximum of 8 tickets can be reserved per graduate. If you are splitting your tickets between two households, or if you would like to reserve some tickets now and more later if needed, just choose the number of tickets you need now. You, or another user, can then resubmit the form using your student’s ID number and reserve however many tickets are still available up to the per-student total of eight.

    U.S. Bank Stadium Policies

Guests attending the Eden Prairie Schools Graduation Ceremony at U.S. Bank Stadium are expected to follow all of the stadium’s guest policies to ensure a safe, respectful and enjoyable experience for all.

    • Bags: All bags brought into the stadium must be clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and may not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" in size. Small clutches (no larger than 4.5" x 6.5") are allowed with or without a clear bag. All bags are subject to search, and guests with bags will go through a bag check upon entry. Diaper bags and medically necessary items are permitted but will be thoroughly inspected.
    • Flowers: Are allowed in U.S. Bank Stadium.
    • Noise poppers, air horns, balloons, confetti, large signs, laser pointers, weapons and outside food or drink (unless medically necessary) are not allowed into the stadium.
    • Signs: Handheld signage that is 18”x24” or smaller is permitted, provided they do not contain advertising and are not offensive in nature. Limit of 1 sign per person, and signage cannot be on poles or sticks.

    Code of Conduct

Created in partnership with the 2025 Graduation Student Committee

Each person reserving a ticket to the 2025 Graduation Ceremony agrees to the Code of Conduct on behalf of everyone attending in their group.

To ensure a safe, respectful and celebratory Graduation Ceremony, I will:

    • Follow all U.S. Bank Stadium guest policies, including only bringing allowed items into the stadium. If I bring an unauthorized item (including an airhorn or noisemaker, confetti cannon, etc.) into the ceremony, I understand this will result in immediate removal from the stadium per U.S. Bank policy.
    • Remain respectful throughout the ceremony, including limiting noise during speeches and performances.
    • Cheer for my graduate briefly and respectfully, and stop before the next graduate’s name is read.
    • Keep aisles clear of people, cameras, video equipment, baby carriers, strollers or anything else that could impede fire regulations.
    • Remain in the seats, stands or councourses and not enter the floor at any time, including following the ceremony.
    • Not smoke, vape or drink alcoholic/THC-infused beverages within the stadium, or be visibly intoxicated. I understand this would result in immediate removal from the stadium.
    • Not engage in any disorderly conduct or aggressive behavior.
    • Comply with all directions from U.S. Bank or Eden Prairie Schools staff and police officers.

I understand that if I do not comply with the Code of Conduct, I may be asked to leave the Graduation ceremony.

If you have any questions, please email events@edenpr.org. We can’t wait to welcome you to our celebration of the Class of 2025!

      • Include assistance/interpretation needs as part of the ticketing system
    4. Review program structure (Winter-Spring 2025)
      • Work with students, families and staff to understand what flexibility may exist in scheduling the time of the event (for example, an afternoon ceremony versus an evening ceremony)
      • Develop guidelines for program content and length

    6. Develop a graduation toolkit for future planning (Summer-Winter 2024)
      • Review planning procedures, enhance protocols and develop event checklists to make sure there are no gaps in identified areas of concern or knowledge loss due to staff transitions
      • Further define when to activate a stronger response protocol for disruptions to the event
