Applying for Free and Reduced Price Meal Benefits 

You may submit a printed or online application.  A NEW APPLICATION MUST BE SUBMITTED EACH SCHOOL YEAR unless you have received notice that your child(ren) have been approved through direct certification for the current school year. Your application could open the door to more benefits including discounts on internet access, sports fees, AP testing fees and college application fees.

The online application can be accessed through the Parent Portal. 

1. Once logged in, click on More, then Meal Benefits in the left sidebar. The online application does not work on a mobile phone, and it is necessary to allow pop-ups in your web browser. 
2. You must know your log-in password in order to create an e-Signature PIN.  If you need to reset your password, please contact the Parent Helpline at 952-975-7094.

The application is also available to download, print and submit via mail or drop off at any school office. You may also email your completed application to FoodService_Office@edenpr.org.  You will need to sign the application by hand; do not type in your name on the signature line.

Applications for the 2026-27 school year:

A letter approving/denying benefits will be mailed to your home address on file after the application has been processed.

All student parking permits are purchased online using MyPaymentsPlus. You will find parking registration under the Activities tab. Get more information on MyPaymentsPlus. If you need any assistance with this process, please contact the office professional in your Student Center.

Parking Options

• LOT A (located north of the high school) has 340 spaces. Cost is $350/year.
• LOT B (located next to Aerie Stadium) has 135 spaces. Cost is $350/year.
• LOT C (located east of the high school near the soccer fields and County Road 4) has 110 spaces. Cost is $100/year.
• Lot spaces will be filled as parking permit applications are processed. If you do not see the parking lot listed, that means all parking permits for that particular parking lot are sold out.

PLEASE NOTE: North and South Doors are the only entry and exit for students between the times of 8:35 a.m.-3:20 p.m.

Additional parking may be purchased through the following:

The MyPaymentsPlus system will open for parking permit purchases as follows:

• May 11: The system will open at 8 a.m. for current Juniors (2026-27 Seniors)
• May 19: The system will open at 8 a.m. for current Juniors and Sophomores
• May 27: The system will open at 8 a.m. for all students

Eligibility

If you do not have a driver’s license or car but plan to get one over the summer, you may still apply for a parking permit. However, if you purchase a parking permit and are unable to get your driver’s license or car and do not pick up your permit by the end of the first day of school, you may be required to forfeit your parking pass for a full refund. 

Application Process

Lot spaces will be filled as parking permit applications are processed online. If you do not see the parking permit application listed, that means all parking permits for that particular parking lot are sold out.

Have the following information available: 

• Your driver’s license number or permit number
  • Remember, you cannot pick up a pass until you have a valid driver’s license
• Make/model/color/license plate number of the vehicle you plan to drive to school most often (any changes will need to be updated through the office)

Permit Distribution

• Students may first pick up their permit at Ramp Up, which is on August 26, 2026, from 10 a.m.-7 p.m.
• After that date, students may pick up their permit in their Student Center
• Current Driver’s License is required to present for permit pickup
• Please note that all fees and fines must be paid before picking up the parking permit

Daily Parking Passes

Limited daily parking permits are available for $5 and must be purchased a day in advance. Permits can be purchased at Student Centers, and you must have your driver’s license and car license plate number to purchase a permit.

Every student must have a valid school picture ID. Student's in grades 9-11 and new 12th graders, be sure to have your picture taken at Ramp-Up on August 26. If you are unable to come to Ramp-Up, you will need to have your photo taken on a Picture Makeup Day or Picture Retake Day. That is currently scheduled for October 1. There is no charge for school picture IDs; school-issued student ID cards are needed for various school activities including dances and sporting events.

Eagle Nation Station, the donation-based free store at Eden Prairie High School, is gearing up for the new school year and asks for your help!

This school year Eagle Nation Station needs the following:

• Full-sized personal care items (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, deodorant, hair care supplies, feminine hygiene products, etc.) no travel size items please
• School supplies (folders, notebooks, pens, pencils, calculators, backpacks, pencil case, tape, etc.)
• Basic household goods (laundry soap, Kleenex, cleaning supplies, etc.)
• Shelf-stable food (pasta and sauce, mac and cheese, ramen, ready to eat snacks) limit canned fruits/veg if possible, as high schoolers often will not eat them/select them
• Gift cards to Target, Walmart, or Amazon in amounts ranging from $15-$25
• Gas gift cards in amounts ranging from $15-$25

These items are extremely helpful to have on-site to provide to students. If you are interested and able to donate back-to-school items, please drop them off at the Student Activities Office at EPHS.

The store will no longer be staffed by volunteers so that students can access items at any time confidentially. Students can go to any of the three Student Support Centers and ask to be let into Eagle Nation Station, where they will be able to take what they need without question and maintain their privacy. Gift cards will be safely stored by social work and counseling staff and given to students and families as needed.
