Eagle Zone: Before-School, After-School & Summer Care

PROGRAM COST
Daily Rate for attending the program is $55/child per day.
Drop-in Rate is $64/child per day.
Half-Day daily rate is $135/child per week.

$100 maximum per family

How will I be billed?
Eagle Zone post-bills – meaning a bill is sent at the beginning of the month for charges made the month before. This allows us to maintain schedule flexibility for families.

For example, the invoice for the month of June will be sent out the first week of July. Once an invoice is received, families may pay a portion (or all) of their invoice by going into their account and processing a payment manually. Payment of any remaining balance will automatically process through EZautopay on the 15th of the month. 

If, for any reason, the EZautopay form of payment does not work (expired card, lost card, etc.) , a $20 fee will be applied to the account. Families will be notified and have a grace period of five days to remedy the payment method and manually pay the balance. After the grace period, a late payment fee of $15 is applied.

Is there financial assistance available for Summer 2025?
Eagle Zone is certified with many Minnesota counties to receive childcare assistance. Please contact us for more information on  childcare assistance.

For Summer 2025, half-day Eagle Zone care is available ONLY at Eden Lake and only on Monday-Thursday afternoons from 12:00-6:00 p.m.

Half-days are considered a weekly enrollment. Students must have a consistent Targeted Services/ESY schedule on the weeks they are signed up for half-day Eagle Zone care (Monday–Thursday). Fridays are exclusively full-day programming.

Half-day Eagle Zone students will eat lunch after morning programming. They can also participate in onsite "field trip" experiences on Tuesday afternoons.

Half-day programming is available to any student participating in Targeted Services (TS) or Extended School Year (ESY).

Full-day summer Eagle Zone care is available Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m at Eden Lake Elementary. 

You may drop off and pick up anytime between 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. on a non-field trip day.

On field trip days (Fridays), you must drop off and pick up within the field trip schedule. Please see the field trip calendar (coming soon!) to be sure your child is at Eagle Zone before the bus leaves for the field trip, and you will need to pick your child up after the bus returns from an off-site field trip.
