How are late arrivals and early pickups handled?

Students arriving late or leaving early must have parents/guardians submit their absence using the Parent Portal or call their school's attendance line, Parent Portal is preferred, and state:

1. Parent or guardian's name
2. Student's name
3. Reason for the absence
4. If leaving early, indicate the time the student should meet their parents at the reception desk.

Excused reasons for being late or leaving early will follow the same listing as excused absences. Students who are late due to oversleeping or missing the bus are considered unexcused. Please inform the school at least two hours prior to the time your student will leave school.
