What is the Bilingual/Multilingual Seal Testing?
Eden Prairie High School is offering the opportunity for students in grades 10, 11, and 12 to earn a Bilingual/Multilingual Seal or World Language Proficiency Certificate on their high school diploma. To be awarded one of the Seals or the Certificate, students must demonstrate proficiency in all four modalities: listening, reading, speaking, and writing. For more information on the Bilingual/Multilingual Seal or World Language Proficiency Certificate, please visit Minnesota Bilingual Seals and Information for Families.
The test will take place on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at Eden Prairie High School. If your student is interested in taking the test, please have your student fill out the Bilingual Seal Registration Form. As part of our continued commitment to providing barrier-free testing opportunities for all students, there will be no cost associated with taking the test. If you are interested in pursuing a Bilingual Seal in a language not listed, please select the “Other” option on the form. We will follow up with you directly.
Registration closes on Friday, March 13, at 4:00 pm.
